One of the best stay places in 900 Kandi without a doubt. We had best vacation out here. The host - Rajinas will make sure your needs are taken care of and will go above and beyond to arrange any requirement you may have. You get to stay at really cool cottages (the vibe is amazing in night), home cooked food is the best tasting and major plus point here, the atmosphere created in the evening for bonfire hangout is best. Rajinas also helps you in arranging any adventure activities and mostly local - private outings such as trekking, water stream swimming, off beat waterfalls visit. They give attention to detail to every aspect of the stay place and they make sure even the smallest detail in the amenities are perfect. Felt like home being there and would love to visit again soon without a second thought

Cozy cottage located within 200meter distance from Sochipara waterfall ticket counter. Very comfort place with free homemade breakfast and dinner. Below are the activity spots nearby this place.Giant swing- ₹300Zip line -₹500Cycle zip line- ₹300Glass bridge- ₹120Jeep- cost differs as per the season.Sochipara falls- ₹70Private waterfall (free of cost)The stay is definitely worth for the cost.I request rajina chetta to keep full view mirror in all cottages.
This place has its own pros and cons. The pros are more to be honest, however, do consider the cons before booking the place.~ The host, Rajinas is really friendly and makes your stay pleasant and easy to navigate~ If you are not getting a cottage, you might need to reconsider as it’s the best option.~ Get your own vehicle otherwise it’s really hard to manage not just reaching but exploring all Wayanad~ The place is situated near Soochipara so you can cover it in the morning and will be able to get the entry as it allows 1200 people a day.~ The food is delicious, however, if you are a vegetarian may be there are less options for you than you considered. Let’s say you can eat non veg then also it becomes monotonous after a while and you might not like it.~ For the room apart from cottage, they are yet to make it better as they started a year ago. The amenities are not upto the mark. We have provided the feedback to the owner as well so I guess by the time you go to place, they will make it better. Ask for pictures first. Get your own toiletries in case.~ Ambience is just lovely, I loved it personally away from the city away from the crowd.~ PRO TIP - PRIVATE CAB OR OWN VEHICLE TO EASE YOUR TRAVEL
Plus point is location... Just near Suchipara waterfall, and some private waterfall and longest zipline zone. Plus, the manager knows some right folks, so that comes in handy.The rooms are alright... Triangle and diamond cottages have enough privacy... Shingles one opens directly to public space... Plus, the curtains do not close properly...These guys should make some adjustments in the overall property design. They have main switches inside the rooms.
Our stay was extremely good, even if it was a short one. Host has provided us the room in good condition. We could use the kitchen as well for cooking food for our kid. Ambience was good, ideal for couples, bachelors and families alike. Got some taste of the well cooked homely food prepared there itself. Staffs were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to visiting the place next time
